For some athletes this training cumulates with their participation in competitions across North America, while other athletes are content developing their skills in a class environment.

**In order to offer a more personalized training experience, we’ve decided to let athletes customize the type of training they are receiving in the competitive program based on their specific strengths/weaknesses. We’ve done this by allowing athletes to choose whether they want to develop their strength, conditioning and stamina (via a parkour specific conditioning class every Sunday), or by focusing on more technical training (ten private lessons to be used throughout the year).
