FALL 2026 - REGISTERED CLASSES
Standard 16-Week Session - Class Details
Logistics: Students attend the same class, day and time each week, for 16 weeks of programming.
Start Dates: September 26th – October 2nd.
Finish Dates: January 27th – February 1st.
Cancelled Classes:
-October 12th (Thanksgiving)
-December 19th – January 3rd (Winter Break)
Cost: $453.10+HST, payable in installments.
– Works out to $28.32+HST/class
Registration: You can register for fall classes at the bottom of this page or in our online store here.
Makeup Classes: Missed classes can be made up by attending our open gym program. All missed classes must be made up before the next session begins.
Location: Play Project Movement Training Centre

First Day: Participants should bring a change of clean indoor running shoes to change into in our lobby, a water bottle, and athletic attire.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
–More than 7 days before the first class: 90% refund or 95% account credit.
–Within 7 days of the first class: 85% refund or 90% account credit.
–Between the first and second class: 80% refund or 85% account credit.
–After the second class: No refunds or credits are permitted, but students may receive an open gym pass for each class they do not attend, should they cancel.
Class Changes: There is a $10.00 class change fee to switch from one class into another.
Trial Classes: New students are welcome to try out a class before committing to the full session. Students will just pay for that individual trial class ($28.32+HST).

Combo Classes - Best Value (Save $110.00)
Logistics: Students attend the same class, day and time each week, for 32 weeks of programming. These classes cover a mix of freestyle and skill/speed content.
Start Dates: September 27th – October 2nd
Finish Dates: June 9th, 10th, 13th, 21st
Cost: $849.56+HST, payable in installments.

Cancelled Classes:
-Oct. 12th (Thanksgiving)
-Dec. 20th – Jan. 3rd (Winter Break)
-Feb. 2nd – 16th (Inter-Session Break)
-Mar. 15th – 21st (March Break)
-May 24th (Victoria Day)
Combo Class Perks:
-Mix of both Freestyle and Skill/Speed content
-Play Project shirt included*
-Play Project water bottle included*

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

–After the second class: Refunds or credits decrease by 5% for each additional week attended. (Based on the refund/credit amounts in effect after week one.)
–After the 16th class: No refunds or credits are permitted, but students may receive an open gym pass for each class they do not attend, should they cancel.
Please Note: Makeup class policy, registration info, what to bring on the first day, trial class info and class change policy are the same as standard classes, and as a result are not listed.

Class Descriptions
Parent & Tot (3-5y)
Parent & Tot is an introductory class in which parents get to participate with their young child(ren). Participants will develop basic body coordination through parkour related movements (jumping, vaulting and balance) as well as learning through games.
No previous parkour experience is required to sign up for the Parent & Tot Class.
Skill/Speed (6-8y, 9-12y, 13-17y)
Participants in our Skill/Speed parkour classes learn to use their bodies to vault, jump, run, roll, swing, and move quadrupedally. These classes also explore parkour training with a focus on speed and racing against the clock. Skill/Speed classes serve as a solid introduction to the foundational skills of parkour.
No previous parkour experience is required to sign up for our regular parkour classes.
Freestyle (9-12y, 13-17y)
Our Freestyle classes are introductory classes that focus on teaching participants to incorporate acrobatics into their parkour training. Participants will develop skills such as front flips, back flips, side flips, and wall spins.
No previous parkour experience is required to sign up for Freestyle classes.
Combo (8-12y, 13-17y) and Adult (18+y)
Our Combo and Adult classes mix the content from Skill/Speed and Freestyle classes, so that participants get to practice all disciplines throughout the session. The main difference between the two is that Combo classes run for 32 week durations, from September to June, whereas the Adult classes run in 16 week increments. As a result of committing to a longer duration, we offer a few other perks such as a discounted price point and included shirt and water bottle for the Combo class. For adults looking to commit for a longer term and take advantage of the Combo class perks, we do offer that option via email request.
